  1. Assemble X/Z Frame 

Please put bottom frame on a flat desk and pull print bed to the forefront.

Take out M8 screws and wrench from accessory bag.

Put X/Z frame onto bottom frame carefully.

And make Z axis aluminum extrusion be against below two parts.

Tighten X/Z frame and bottom frame by M8 screws and wrench.

  1. Assemble Electrical Box 

Take out electrical box from carton.

Insert flat cable into socket. 

After insert entirely, it’ll be tightened firmly by the clips marked below.

Meanwhile, please kindly check another end of flat cable is well inserted into electrical box or not. If not, please reinsert it well. 

Insert power cord into electrical box.

Then tighten electrical box onto aluminum extrusion by thumb screws. 

Finally, please fix the yellow cable on electrical box. 

  1. Assemble LCD Screen 

Please insert two flat cables into sockets at the back of screen, grey one to EXP1, black one to EXP2. Then tighten screen onto frame by thumb screw. (Note: please keep safe distance between X axis left motor and screen.)

  1. Assemble Filament Spool Holder 

Put filament spool holders onto top frame, then tighten them by wrench. The distance betweenholders should be adjusted according to the width of filament spool. 

 

 

  1. Assemble Extruder 

Take out extruder and tools

 

There are 3 holes on extruder and carriage separately. 

 

Take out 3 screws from extruder and put extruder onto carriage, then tighten extruder fromtheback of carriage as below: 

 

Note: please don't tighten screws too much, so as to avoid thread damage.
